We are a one of few RELX Super Star retailer in New Zealand meaning that we are to exchange faulty RELX products for customers, even if you have made the purchase elsewhere. Whether you've got a leaking pod or a device that's not charging, come to us and we'll fix it for you!

Infinity and Essential Device Blinks Red Hot Fix
If your device blinks in red, please remove the pod and put the device in between your lips, then blow into it as heavy as you can. This is to remove any dust or condensation that may block the sensor in the device.
The warranty period for vaping devices and pods is one year from the date of purchase. A replacement device and/or pod assumes the remainder of the warranty period of the original device.
