Free shipping to all of NZ for orders $40 and over!

We cooperate with NZ POST for shipping online delivery orders.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

New Zealand Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Auckland Waiheke and Great Barrier Islands: 2-3 working days after courier pick up.

North Island: 1-2 working days after courier pick up.

South Island: 2-3 working days after courier pick up.

*Please allow 1 extra working day for rural delivery (RD).

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up on the same day if during opening hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
    
Our in-store pickup hours are 12PM to 7PM, 7 days a week. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or mobile text notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@vapelegends.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
